Makes it impossible to collect offer when the site is full of glitches. No customer Service 24 hours, no agent. Unprofessional. I truly will NOT return and I do NOT recommend them. I felt compelled to reach out to customer service and leave this review because they messed up a BOGO offer on my glasses, despite me having the correct style and prescription, and their proposed 'solution' was utterly absurd.
Customer: I am absolutely furious right now! Your website glitched, and I couldn't apply the BOGO promotion as promised. Now, despite you admitting the mistake, you want me to return my perfectly fine glasses and reorder them just to get the discount? That's unacceptable!
