The business feels fully automated, and when you finally get in touch with someone in India, they are extremely rude and will end the call whenever they feel like it. They couldn't care less, and there’s no one else to talk to if you want to file a complaint. I will never do business with GlassesUSA again; it truly feels like you’re being scammed, with no way to get help. That's why I felt compelled to leave this review and insist on speaking with customer service again.
Customer: I'm calling because I've had nothing but problems trying to resolve an issue with my recent order, and it feels impossible to get any real help. I've been cut off multiple times! CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the difficulty you've experienced. Could you please provide your order number so I can look into this immediately? Customer: It’s [Order Number]. Honestly, I've tried multiple times, and when I finally get through to someone, they're rude and just end the call. It feels like you don't care at all. I feel completely scammed.
